procedure, please give us a call.
Our technicians will handle any problem you're having with your connection to ThePipeline,
your email account (Netscape and OutlookExpress problems), newsgroups, and browsing problems. If it
is determined the problem is with your operating system i.e. system errors, printing problems, or non-Pipeline
distributed software problems, our technicians will be happy to continue helping you but the time
spent may become billable. Your support team member will inform you of this prior to continuing your
tech support call.

We have representatives available from [8am-8pm] 7 days a week.
When you call, you will be asked for:
- Your username
- The phone number you're computer is connected to
- A description of the problem including any error messages you may have received
- and whether or not you have called regarding this problem before.
We will make all possible attempts to solve your problem within a few
minutes. If more time is required we will research the problem and return
your call as soon as a solution has become available.
If you call at a time when there are no representatives available
or when we are closed, please leave a detailed message on our voice mail
system that includes your name, username, a description of
the problem, telephone number(s), and the best time to return your call.
We will return your call as soon as a technician becomes available.
